We hereby notify you that the Company has used its right stipulated under clause (31) of its agreement with you (the “Customer Agreement”) whereby the Company may change its Services at any time.

We regret to inform you that we are ceasing and closing our online Equity Trading Services, which will be effective from 14th December, 2011. However, you may sell the shares in Doha Financial, Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, Dubai Financial Market, Saudi Securities Markets and CASE- Egypt for a period of three (3) months from 14th December, 2011 until 14th March, 2012 (both days inclusive) but buying of shares will not be available from 14th December, 2011.

Whereas in respect of Kuwait Stock Exchange, you may either transfer the shares from NOOR to (your name) or sell the shares (Online) within three (3) months period starting from 14th December, 2011 until 14th March, 2012 (both days inclusive) but buying of shares will not be available from 14th December, 2011.

Nevertheless we, as always, are committed to provide our superlative and unmatched services in other markets. You would appreciate that some recent unavoidable events have led us to make such decision of cessation and closure of trading services in the said Markets.

Please note that the above applies only to our Online Stock Market Services in the regional stock markets, while our other services in international markets in CFD/OTC will remain operational.
